Payment: ONLY 100% BG or SBLC (NO NEGOTIABLE)
Procedures:
1) Buyer sends ICPO;
2) The SELLER sends proforma and contract
3) Buyer sends the non-operative financial instrument;
4) The stamp sends the POP and the specific financial
Instrument;
5) Begins shipments.
