Peruvian coffee has been awarded several times as one of the finest coffee of the world and its quality was vastly recognized... The organic coffee of Peru comes mainly from the three growing regions.

1. The highlands of the central region of PERU from the rich growing areas of Villa Rica, la MERCED, Pichanaki, Pangoa Satipo,;

2. The highlands of San Ignacio, JAEN and MOYOBAMBA and

3. The finest coffee at the extreme south of PERU from the Valley of LA CONVENCION located at the rich and legendary department of CUZCO where the INCAS found its EMPIRE.

Our Organic Coffee has been growing naturally in many areas however Peru has invested many resources to get the certifications as "organic" for the coffees it produces. Currently we count with all the certifications that the tough consumer public needs. Those are the "Rainforest Alliance", "Starbucks coffee", OCIA, Biolatina and Coffee Quality Controllers Services, which serve the farmers, the cooperative sector and exporters on quality, education and certifications.

Organic Roasted ground coffee

We also promote and trade the organic Coffee that is roasted in PERU. Under the new NAFTA agreement this country can compete with others to penetrate the big markets and now is reaching also the European and American markets as well.

We sell bags of 1 lb of medium and dark roasted.
Although most of our sales are trough internet we plan to market them "door by door" bringing our finest coffee ready to drink to the largest houses, Hotels and Organic store chains.

Our company exports only the highest quality of 100% Organically Grown Gourmet Coffee Beans from Peru to the international market. For that reason we work only with a select group of cooperatives whose members adhere to the strict guidelines needed to bring only the best gourmet coffee to the market while preserving the environment. Our coffee is planted and shade grown (SG) and strictly high grown (SHG) between 3000-3500 meters above sea level in the Andes Mountains in the Northern part of Peru during the rainy season. In order to follow our strict guidelines for 100% organic results no kind of fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides of chemical origin is used but instead apply one of several 100% organic methods. We prepare the natural organic fertilizer using a combination of sea bird manure (GUANO DE ISLA) along with coffee husks as one of the different methods for natural fertilization

Nuestra empresa exporta solo la mas alta calidad de cafe organico gastronomico de cultivo ecologico en el Peru para el mercado international. Por esta razon solo trabajamos con selectas empresas cooperativas cafetaleras, bajo las estrictas especificaciones tecnicas necesarias, para obtener al 100% cafe organico gastronomico para el mercado de consumo. Nuestro cafe organico gastronomico se siembra y se cultiva en la cordillera de los Andes, norte del Peru entre los 3,000 a 3,500 metros de altura sobre el nivel del mar, y se cosecha en periodo de lluvia. Para obtener los resultados como cafe organico, no usamos ningun tipo de fertilizantes de origen quimico sino nosotros aplicamos metodos 100% naturales, preparando el abono organico, combinaciones del guano de isla (ave guaneras del mar), tamo o cascara del cafe y otros metodo de fecundacion natural. Al proceso de cosecha del cafe, se le aplica metodos naturales en el secado, para conservar los nutrientes que contiene el cafe y esto bajo el efecto de rayos del sol ( no maquina de secado electrico se usa), con un maximo de secado de 20 a 25 dias. Terminado el proceso de secado y limpiado el cafe organico se embasara en bolsas o sacos de yute u otro tipo de embase y peso, de acuerdo a especificaciones tecnicas (quintal americano). Resultados bajo muestra y pruebas tecnicas se obtendra un cafe organico al 100% que determina su alta calidad en sabor, aroma, dulzura, acidez, color y otras cualidades de un buen cafe.
